How the Tempo Health website handles the data of its visitors.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. Who we are

This website (tempoh.app) is run by Mude Mobiliários Urbanos Desportivos S.A., registered under CNPJ no. 04.512.986/0001-30, headquartered at Rua Professor Pereira Reis, 76, loja B, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, Brazil (“Mude”), the controller of the data processed on it, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers only browsing on this website, which presents Tempo Health. The Mude and Mar Saúde apps, opened from links on the site, have their own policies.

3. What data we collect

The site has no sign-up and doesn’t ask for your name or health data. We collect browsing data, through Google Analytics:

  • pages visited and clicks on cards and buttons;
  • date, time and length of the visit;
  • device type, browser and operating system;
  • approximate location (city and country);
  • where the visit came from (for example, a link or a search).

This data doesn’t identify you by name and isn’t used for advertising.

Newsletter: if you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email, and only that, to send you preventive health content and Tempo Health news.

4. Cookies and browser storage

  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*): tell visitors and visits apart and last up to 2 years.
  • Browser storage, with no personal data: remembers whether you’ve seen the cookie notice and the order in which the home page cards appear to you (used to test which order works best), plus temporary data that makes moving between pages faster.

You can decline Google Analytics through the site’s cookie notice or the button below: it stops working in this browser and its cookies are deleted. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, browse in private mode or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site keeps working normally.

5. Why we use the data

To understand how the site is used, which pages and content draw the most interest, and to improve the pages. Newsletter subscribers’ emails are used only to send the newsletter. We don’t sell, rent or pass on this data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

6. Legal basis

  • Browsing data: legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX), only to measure and improve the site, never for advertising.
  • Newsletter: consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), given when you subscribe. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.

7. Sharing and international transfer

Browsing data is processed by Google (Google Analytics); newsletter emails are stored in Tempo Health’s database, hosted by Supabase; and the site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. These providers may store data outside Brazil, always in compliance with the LGPD and with adequate safeguards. We may also share data when required by law or by a competent authority.

8. How long we keep it

Browsing data stays in Google Analytics for up to 14 months and is then deleted automatically. There may be technical access logs (IP, date and time, device type), kept for security and under Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet), which aren’t used for monitoring or profiling. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

9. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may at any time:

  • access your data;
  • request correction, anonymization or deletion;
  • request portability;
  • get information about use and sharing;
  • object to the processing;
  • file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Requests, including unsubscribing from the newsletter, should be sent to dpo@mude.fit.

10. Contact and data protection officer (DPO)

Data protection officer (DPO): dpo@mude.fit

Mude answers privacy requests within the legal deadline.

11. Updates to this policy

Mude may update this policy, for example when adding new features to the site or due to legal changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Brazilian law, especially Law no. 12,965/2014 (Internet Civil Framework) and Law no. 13,709/2018 (LGPD). The courts of the City of Rio de Janeiro – RJ are chosen to settle any disputes.
